Could use some assistance with a 05 seadoo 787 with a rebuilt engine that is surging at idle. In water see is contantly running 1500 to 1100 rpm. Have replaced both fuel filters. Pressre at 56psi. Spray pattern on both injectors match. Rotary valve timing at 142 before and 65 after. Valve to cover clearance at .012. Any other thoughts?
